What does the partnership cost me? +
Nothing. There's no fee to become a partner, no monthly platform cost, and no inventory to carry. Your only investment is the time to introduce the assessment to clients you already serve.
How do I collect my fee? +
You bill your client directly — same way you bill for any other service. Invoice, credit card, check, whatever works for your practice. A $12 fee covers printing and shipping the physical manual, collected separately from the client at intake. Your fee is yours.
What types of businesses qualify? +
Home service contractors like HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, painting, lawn care, appliance repair, and general contractors, plus local service businesses like dental practices, veterinary clinics, med spas, auto repair shops, law firms, and similar owner-operated businesses. The sweet spot is 2–50 employees and $200K–$10M in revenue.
Can I charge more than $997? +
Yes. $997 is the minimum price floor. You can charge any amount above that. Many partners position the Business Freedom System inside a broader advisory engagement priced at $1,500–$3,000 or more.
How long does delivery take? +
The Business Freedom Report is delivered within 5 business days of intake completion. The Business Freedom Manual ships within 10 business days.
Do I earn commissions on YAI subscriptions? +
No. This isn't a commission or referral fee model. You keep 100% of the client fee you collect. If the client later subscribes to the YAI platform, that relationship is between YAI and the client.
What if my client doesn't fit the typical profile? +
Reach out. If you've got a roster of businesses in a specific vertical we haven't listed, we can discuss whether the framework applies. We're actively expanding coverage.
How does attribution work? +
Every partner gets a unique tracking link. Clients who complete the intake through your link are attributed to you. You'll also have a dedicated partner folder in Google Drive for report delivery.
What's the walkthrough call? +
After the report is delivered, a YAI advisor conducts a complimentary 45–60 minute call with the client to walk through the results, answer questions, and help build a 30-day action plan. You're welcome to join. It's included at no cost.
